Mike Palefau is back for another season. Iam Muir photo Action from both days of Gold Coast 7s competition will be available for view in the United States this weekend.

Day one action can be seen live online at Universalsports.com beginning at 8:25pm ET Friday. The streaming is free for DirecTV and Dish Network customers.

Two hours of day two action can be seen on the Universal Sports television channel Sunday at 9pm ET.
