USA wing Takudzwa Ngwenya has reportedly been denied entry into the United Kingdom due to a paperwork snafu.

A report from L'Equipe in France says Ngwenya was told he had to wait ten days for a renewal of his visa. This could jeopardize Ngwenya's participation in the entire USA tour, although he is likely to be able to join the team next week.

It appears also that Ngwenya will now play for his club, Biarritz, in a Top 14 league game against USA Perpignan.

How Ngwenya, who is a major star and has a fully professional club and agent working with him, failed to have the proper paperwork to enter the United Kingdom, a country Biarritz visited less than a month ago, is a mystery.
