Ireland Test Will be at BBVA Compass in Houston

RUGBYMag confirmed that the Eagles June 8, 2013 test match will be at BBVA Compass Stadium in downtown Houston, home of the MLS's Houston Dynamo and the record-setting crowd for the Italy test in June.

Houston is home of over 70 international consulates, including an Irish consulate, and the hosting committee will market heavily to its Irish community in an effort to break the attendance record set during the Italy match.

Houston is also home to an annual St. Patrick's Day Parade and a statue of Irishman Dick Dowling, a Confederate Lieutenant during the Civil War.
