Apply for High School National Invitational Tournaments.

For 2013, both the Boys and Girls High School National Championships are being run by private committees, as USA Rugby has chosen to focus on other aspects of the high school game.

RUGBYMag.com is assisting both committees in publicizing the tournaments and you can find the application forms for your teams here on RUGBYMag.com.

Here are some details:

Boys HS National Invitational Championship
Tournaments for single-school and multi-school teams, plus a 2nd tier tournament combining teams from both divisions.

Date: May 16-18

Format: Two separate brackets of eight teams each, playing one 60-minute game each day of competition (Thursday through Saturday)
A third Tier 2 bracket also competes.

Location: Moose Rugby Grounds, Elkhart, Ind.

Application Process: Fill out this application by February 1, 2013. Applicants notified in the month of February.

Girls HS National Invitational Tournament

Date: May 18-19

Format: Three divisions each of eight girls HS club teams, with shortened matches on Saturday and one final match on Sunday.

Location: Milwaukee, Wisc.

Application Process: Fill out this application by January 13, 2013. Applicants notified in the month of February.
