Palouse 7s, the second event of the Northwest Collegiate Rugby Conference 7s series, kicks off Saturday in Pullman, Wash. The first event was won safely by Central Washington last weekend, and the Wildcats will be the favorites again in Pullman.

Central Washington is one of three schools entering two teams. Washington State, Western Washington and Eastern Washington also do so. Filling out the field are Boise State, the University of British Columbia-Okanagan, Pacific, Gonzaga, New Saint Andrew’s, Idaho and North Idaho College.

The pools are listed below. Central Washington’s first side is listed as red, Western Washington’s as navy, Washington State’s as crimson and Eastern Washington’s as red.

Palouse and the rest of the NCRC 7s series events are warm-up tournaments culminating in the NCRC 7s championship Oct. 20 in Seattle.
