| RUGBYMag 7s All Americans |
| Sevens - Collegiate Sevens |
The RUGBYMag 7s All Americans are a collection of players we've seen play 7s. Surely, there are guys on other teams who have the skills to excel at the abbreviated game, but if they didn't do it on more than one occasion for their college team, they were going to have a hard time making this list. Two guys who overcame that hurdle were Nate Augspurger and Dom Mauer. Both play regularly and in big roles for two of the best men's teams in the country, and that was good enough to get them mentioned. We took conference, open qualification, CRC qualifying, College 7s Nationals and CRC tournaments all into account, and just because a player's injured doesn't rule mean he's out of contention. We're not picking a group 12 to play in a tournament, we're picking who we think were the best 12 were this season. FIRST TEAM JP Eloff Davenport
