Dartmouth Rolls Into H2H Semis
Sevens - Collegiate Sevens

Dartmouth rounded off the quarterfinal voting with a win over Army in Day 12 of the Collegiate 7’s Head 2 Head Championship yesterday. The Big Green won by a heavy margin and will now move on to face Central Washington in the second semifinal.

Arizona and Texas are facing off today, with the winner earning a spot in the final. The teams were deadlocked earlier today, each earning 50 percent of the vote, but Texas has since pulled slightly out in front with 53 percent to Arizona’s 47 percent.

This is a match up that could still go either way. If the results from the Collegiate Rugby Championship in June are anything to go by, Arizona could still win it, seeing as the Wildcats beat the Longhorns in the third pool round, 19-0. Arizona had an easier time in the pool stages as well, shutting out all their opponents. Texas beat Oklahoma and shut out Temple before their third round meeting. Both teams lost in the Cup quarterfinals.

Whichever side voters choose to win today's match up will face either Dartmouth or Central Washington in the final.
