There's not much movement this week, as the majority of our Top 25 was either idle or playing 7s on the weekend. Two of our ranked teams which saw 15s action lost: Lindenwood and Stony Brook.
The Lions lost to Davenport by four at a neutral site. The game featured open subs and both coaches tried to downplay its result, but a loss is a loss. And a four-point loss to Davenport is nothing to punish Lindenwood for, so they stand pat at No. 6.
Stony Brook, however, lost to now 3-2 Buffalo. The Seawolves suffered a rash of injuries against Army the week before and were missing eight starters against the Bulls. But most of those dings will equate to short-term hiatuses, so Stony Brook slides down a few spots but is on notice to move further with another loss.
