The East Coast Rugby Conference has named its first and second All-Conference teams. The 2012 season marked the sophomore season of the league. Middlebury College won the league title in the fall and will represent the conference in the playoffs.

By class, the 30 awards were distributed as one might expect with 16 seniors, eight juniors, four sophomores, and two freshman. School wise, Boston College had the most nominations with seven, while Northeastern University and the University of Albany each had six.
