Three tries for Mile Pulu. Austin Brewin photo. San Francisco Golden Gate remains atop the Northern California DI club league, and in fact earned themselves some breathing room with a convincing 57-15 defeat of 2nd-place Sacramento Lions.

Center threequarter Mile Pulu scored three tries in the match, and Ricky Reynolds added two for SFGG. Chris Biller Neil Barrett and Jeff Colata all touched down while Heinie McFarland and Volney Rouse each added three conversions.

SFGG moves to 5-0 with the maximum 25 standings points. Sacramento drops to 3-2, and could lose 2nd place pending the East Palo Alto rivalry match, with EPA Bulldogs (3-2) facing EPA Razorbacks (0-3).
