Final MW Seeds Set

Clubs - Men's DI Clubs

The Milwaukee Barbarians secured the #7 seed in the Midwest DI club playoffs with a 41-20 upset of Palmer Saturday.

This result, combined with Columbus losing 29-26 to the Indianapolis Impalas confirmed Milwaukee as #7 and Columbus as #8.

As a result, Columbus will face Metropolis in the quarterfinals, while Milwaukee gets to play the Chicago Lions.

Metropolis fell to the Chicago Griffins this weekend in a game that had no meaning for the seedings. The Lions won over the Chicago Blaze easily.

Columbus had to win to keep pace with Milwaukee, but perhaps thought it would be a walkover against the winless Impalas. It was not, as Indianapolis ran out to a 26-0 lead, and held on 29-26.
