| Koch Donates $35 Million |

Washington DC - David H. Koch, Executive VP of Koch Industries and a former rugby player for MIT and the Manhattan Rugby Club just donated $35 million to the Smithsonian’s National Museum of Natural History to build a new dinosaur hall on the National Mall, it was announced Thursday.
Koch attended MIT and is billionaire who lives in New York City. He was a highly-regarded rugby player.

| Stony Brook Team Meets With Senator |

 The Stony Brook rugby team got some unexpected exposure this weekend when Senator Charles Schumer invited them to a press conference.
Sen. Schumer of NY was speaking about keeping student loans affordable, and wanted regular students to be a part of the conference. Local press interviewed the players.
The senator posted on his Facebook page a thank-you to the team, praising the Stony Brook team’s success and wishing them luck in the national playoffs.
