Six Nations is done and back to the pitch for USA rugby players in Europe. The big game perhaps was Saracens beating Sales 45-6. USA fullback Chris Wyles started at outside center and scored a try in the game.

Saracens sit 2nd in the Aviva Premiership behind Harlequins. Those two play next week.

Northampton beat Wasps 32-15 in Premiership play. Samua Manoa and Chris Biller did not suit up for the Saints, while Paul Emerick came on as a sub for Wasps.

In the French Top 14, Scott LaValla came on as a sub for Stade Francais in their 53-27 defeat of Agen (Argentinian star Felipe Contempomi scored 26 points in the match). Tku Ngwenya scored a try for Biarritz to put them 8-3 up on Lyon, and Biarritz cruised 34-17.

Seta Tuilevuka did not play for Montpellier in their loss to Castres.

In the Championship, England's 2nd-tier competition, Shawn Pittman came on as a sub for London Welsh in their defeat of Doncaster. Andrew Suniula was outstanding for Cornish Pirates in their win over Rotherham. Mike MacDonald did not play and Robbie Shaw was on the bench as Leeds tied Bedford.

The Championship is now in its promotion playoff phase. London Welsh is 2nd in Pool A, and in Pool B the Pirates are 2nd and Leeds are in last place, 4th.

In the French Pro D2, Inaki Basauri came on as a sub as Perigueux beat Aurillac 22-15. Perigueux is starting to win but is still last in the league.

And in Hong Kong, BGC APBs won the Hong Kong 10s with Todd Clever on the squad.
