so people are complaining about why eastside is not ranked and they say that they beat chuckanut and therefore they seserve a renking spot well chuckanut and eastside met 3 times during the season the first two times chuckanut won by a lot and the chamiponship game the lions only won by 15 and the conditions were horiible teams can not be judge only by one game.

Not sure exactly whom Brent Nourse is, but you are mistaken about defeating Budd Bay this season (unless you are referring to the early pre-season friendly in which the Lions played half of the Barbarians U16s and the U19 after the U16 friendly. The Barbarians U19 side played only two matches with teams from the North division and we defeated both (Valley and Liberty)

I don't know how the ranking works, but more information is clearly needed. The Eastside Lions defeated two of the top 25 teams this year - Budd Bay and then Chuckanut (in the Cup Finals). Eastside only lost to Liberty 15-5. Only by the odd playoff system here in Washington were the Lions denied an opportunity to vie for the State Championship. Eastside had a better record than Chuckanut at the end of the season but is not mentioned here.

The Bend Blues were the Rugby Oregon DII State Champions last year and this year they moved to DI. They went 5-2 in league losing to Eastside Tsunami and Beaverton Barbarians, both listed. They defeated the Beaverton Barbarians in the SemiFinal match this past weekend, 51-25, and 15 of the Barbarians points were late scores due to Bend getting all their bench on the field. I can understand why the Bend Blues are not shown here, they are a relatively new face, but with a beating like the Barbarians took this last weekend, from a non-ranked team, they should not be in this list.

This article is incorrect regarding the WA State championships. Chuckanut is not ranked 2nd in WA as they did not even qualify to play for the CUP. The 4 teams competing for the State Championship were Rainier Plateau and Budd Bay from the South, and Valley and Liberty from the North. Budd Bay Defeated Valley, and Liberty defeated Rainier Plateau on Saturday May 14th, The in the CUP Match for the WA State Championship on May 15th Budd Bay defeated Liberty. Rankings in WA end up #1 Budd Bay Barbarians, #2 Liberty Patriots, #3 Rainier plateau highlanders, and #4 Valley Joeys. Also, Liberty did not concede the WA state championship, they played their first side team and were defeated by Budd Bay in the final: Budd Bay 13, Liberty 8.

One would think if you finished 2nd in a region as the Raleigh Rattlesnakes did you would be ranked somewhere in the top 20. Yet the only NC team ranked did not even represent the state at regionals. Let's do some homework the kids deserve it.
