			<description><![CDATA[This is merely retaining the whole Shield winning gang (solid if inconsistent offense/weak defense/weak second phase). With much improvement on defense and just a little more team work on offense; I'm not sure you can teach that rucking mongrel; guys are either going to play that way or they aren't...these guys aren't...so far. They need some bad boys like Cactus along with your speed boys. I can see these guys being top of the next group Plate(?) but honestly are these guys going to show a level of improvement that is going to win a medal in the Olympics? That is the goal so our philosophy must lean towards at least a puncher's chance at reaching those goals. Hawk isn't getting any younger and the other forwards all need to harden up big time just to play like Hawkins. We have to have players who can defend New Zealand, Samoa, Fiji...Save space for Emerick, Wyles and Z at World Cup Time!!!]]></description>
