Texas A&M "ran the table" in both divisions (Varsity & JV) of the Allied Rugby Conference 7s Tournament in Austin. A&M 7s is 36-3 in three 7s tournaments having won three consecutive tournaments in the Varsity division and two in the JV division. Despite Jan Young's injury in Montgomery, this team has depth. Moreover, Texas sat their 1st VII this weekend (for various and intelligent reasons), which should make next weekend's tournament in Dallas much more poignant. Look for Texas to be making a move next weekend. Look for the Aggies to be proving they are a real deal.
