			<description><![CDATA[Glad to see the Midwest finally making some sensible geographical decisions. In D2, they finally moved up the Cleveland teams and Akron to create pools/divisions with realistic driving distances. Too bad it took Rochester and Buffalo leaving for the Midwest to finally wake up.]]></description>
