			<description><![CDATA[I agree manley66. There's a lot of good rugby players out there talented enough to play in the highest level of competition. More teams and you'll get more players. It's should be about having everyone playing at a high level against each other week after week.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[Need a few more teams in this competition to make it viable and relevant. I know several have dropped out recently, but I feel that there needs to be a focus put on 'franchises' as opposed to 'clubs'. I think Utah has a model that needs to be duplicated in other cities. Obviously there success has to do with a wealthy beneficiary. However, the principle still applies. New teams should be created for the sole purpose of playing RSL.]]></description>
