			<description><![CDATA[unfortunate or fortunate, intangibles do not sell tickets, do not generate advertisement, do elicit excitement from news media, etc, etc, etc. if they did, then collegiate and professional coaches with "intangibles" would keep their jobs on a routine basis. we all know it comes down to whether you can instill a coaching system and produce results. period.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[I want to thank Al Caravelli for the enormous impact he's had on USA Rugby. His complete dedication, high standards and vision dragged our 7s program into international relevance. Replacing him will be tough, and while this past season didn't return the results he was looking for, I don't anyone can question his passion and successes.]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[In Al's case, it is truly unfortunate that too many people will take the easy way out and focus solely on his win-loss record. This data set and article just speak to the tournament records. It would be nice to read an article detailing the intangibles that Al brought to US 7s and how his positive influence spawned -directly and indirectly - some of the programs and processes that have kept the US improving over the years.]]></description>
