			<description><![CDATA[besides a couple of them these guys arent good enough, most of these players are not well rounded rugby players, they only excel in certain areas, lets say one player is so fast and has an awesome step, well i doubt that player has that good of ball skills or the ability to manipulate a defense, read a defense, react to a defense the way a experienced player would, knowing when to do things and when not too...... a 18-20 year old in new zealand can step into the international game because of the level of skill at all levels, an 18-20 year old from the USA has no where near the ability experience or knowledge to step into the international game, think about it..what was the skill level of our young american and for how long??? its the truth]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[There is something missing from these boys. The ability to finish, the ability to believe (truly) that they can beat anybody. I don't know if it just not getting translated from the coach or what, but I saw it against SA and I saw it vs Canada at the PanAm Games. They just are not closing out games and it is hurting them.]]></description>
