			<description><![CDATA[@Conditioner: are you serious or joking when you ask who Crowley is? 1. Become a student of the game and learn your "Who's who" of rugby. 2. Learn about recovery times between games. Players from Tier 1 nations are used to fast turnarounds while playing for their club teams in Europe especially. They are mentally and physically experienced to play back to back to back contests with little turn around. A lot of our US players are not used to the level of performance needed to play 80 minutes in the RWC and are definitely not experienced in turning around in four days to repeat the event. 3. Crowley and Clever both agree that they knew that the Tier 1 nations would have to little time to prepare between games. It's TV scheduling and is based on seeding. It's tough but it is what it is until we can move up the rankings. It still does not make it any more palatable. That was the point of the article.]]></description>
