			<description><![CDATA[Good stuff Alex! Rugby is and always has been a very simple game so often complicated by teachers and coaches! It is about running forward and passing backwards to a supporting player who is running into a space which is potentially unoccupied. Ray Williams one of the pioneers of modern rugby coaching said that the coach's job is to reduce complexities to simplicities and I think this is where the message is lost on many coahes today. Even though support passes are now called off loads, and the laws, (soccer and basketball have rules Alex, rugby has laws)currently favour the attacking team, the basic principles of go forward, support the ball carrier, keep the ball alive in attack and pressure in defence have not changed.]]></description>
