			<description><![CDATA[It seems to me that this list describes perfectly why we are unable to compete: the players from whom we have to choose just do not have the experience of the countries we will play in the RWC. Only 15 of the players have high school rugby listed, only 7 of those have at least 10 international caps (and two of those aren't currently playing for an international team.) When we compare this to players in England, who play 30-35 games per year at the better high school programs, similar numbers in university, and also again professionally,  our players (who have been in leagues where 8-16 is more normal)just don't have the experience to develop into the best players they can be. If we genuinely want to compete at the highest level, we need to develop younger talent by allowing them to have more experience. We need to be able to choose from 50-100 players playing professionally,  all of whom started earlier and have multiple international caps (so the eagles will have to play more often]]></description>
