What does the women's seven's coach have to do with Eddie's problems on the men's 15's team? The problem is not really Eddie, he's not the bloke missing the tackles or dropping the passes. The women's seven's team doesn't have any money to train, so does it really matter where that coach lives. He could live right in Boulder and that wouldn't matter, the women's program doesn't even have money for bus fare.

We all know money is an issue - the cost to fly, feed, and house just 3 of those 13 staff members would be enough to offset camp fees for 15-20 young men or women at the age grade level (as those fees are around 300 bucks for a 3 or 4 day camp). Did they really need 13 staff? Is it really smart to do all those 2-a-days? Could we, for once, just TRY having residential coaches? Neither the men's 15s coach or women's 7s coach even live in this country. If you're not here, it doesn't matter how talented you are as a coach, you don't get to see the players, you aren't immerssed in American rugby, and the result show. If we insist on hiring foreigners, can't we require them to reside in country? Is that unreasonable?

eddie boy man take some responsibility for this !! it is not an excuse saying ohh I made 13 changes. this is not a everyone gets to play social league. That many changes says the coach does not know squat about the players he has. If you spent more time in this country and did the job we pay you for that might help! Saying this is not the world cup is a crock of cr*p, Clever saying " we were tired is even more sad" Your front row is under educated, everything points to a man not earning a rather substantial pay check. We all know that usa rugby is to chicken to make a change and eddie boy is hanging his hat on one lucky game in the world cup to keep his cushy gig. It is obvious to even the most casual fan that we have developed nothing under Eddie Boys tenure. But I am sure he can tell us the reason why it is not his fault. Me , I have 250,000 reasons it is.

I don't know what game you or Eddie saw, but the Tongans owned us up front and with their strike power in the backs that is all they need to put up lots of points. Eddie can play all the "if...then" scenarios in his head and to the media, but the reality is that we lost it up front, couldn't make tackles and couldn't execute when tries were on offer. That is poor for a coach making 250K a year with a staff of 13 people with him. Let's be honest here.
