			<description><![CDATA[It has been a poor season for the USA on the World Series. Inconsistent from the get-go. The team hasn't neccessarily gotten worse, it is just that the competition is getting better at a faster rate. Too bad the IRB already has the fix on in regards to who returns as core teams next season. I'd like to see Russia, Portugal, and/or Canada get a shot.]]></description>
