Good Launch for Combine Program
Colleges - Camps & Clinics

The Collegiate Recruitment and Combine Program schedule had a successful launch Saturday in Boston.

Seventeen colleges sent representatives to discuss their schools with high school student athletes and coaches attended and spoke about their rugby programs.  High school athletes from all of New England participated from 1pm until 4pm in the Madison Park field house.

“I have had enormous positive responses from athletes, parents and the college representatives. This tells me the CRCP is a vital and overdue program for all involved in the growth of the sport of rugby in America,” said Ray Peterson, President of American Rugby Management Group (ARMG). “I have also received numerous requests from cities, towns and colleges nationwide to consider their sites for future CRCPs. The primary requirement of hosting a CRCP is that the host guarantee a minimum of 150 participants and provide an outreach plan that demonstrates their ability to deliver.  Once satisfied that this requirement can be met, ARMG will schedule a CRCP with the host.”
