Kennett Square, Pa. -- The finals are now set for the Pennsylvania State Boys Rugby Championships.
Results from Saturday’s four semifinal matches, played at Unionville High School, are: SINGLE‐SCHOOL PROGRAMS
#1 Burrell 32, #4 Bishop Shanahan 10 In an intensely physical match, Burrell used its superior size and physicality to wear down a very talented Shanahan side.

Then St. Joe’s Patrick Kardish, who was outstanding with his kicking all day, converted a crucial penalty kick with time running out to establish a 3 point lead and a late try by Brian Keown sealed the win.

MULTI‐SCHOOL CLUB / U‐19 PROGRAMS #5 Downingtown Boys 37, #8 South Hills Fatheads 17 Downingtown was able to get the ball outside in the second half, enabling several long runs that proved to be the difference. Emotions ran high in this match between two excellent sides.
#2 North Penn Iron Lions 24, #4 Doylestown Boys 17 In a barnburner of a match, North Penn ran out to an early lead, but Doylestown stormed back to make it close. No one left anything on the pitch in this contest between titans.
