NFL Alums Support Youth Rugby Fundraiser

The Oakland Warthogs Youth Rugby Program is hosting a casino night Jan. 26 on Treasure Island in San Francisco. NFL Alums Gary Weaver, Larry Bates, Larry Allen, Tony Stewart will be in attendance.

Beer, wine, appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages will be served. Money raised will be used for the Warthogs' brand new tutoring program to assist participants to pay registration fees and to send a player to France for the Junior World Rugby Cup.

There will be a poker tournament run in conjunction with the casino night and multiple prize packages topping over $1,000 will be up for grabs, along with tickets to USA 7s, San Jose Sharks tickets, and an autographed jersey from Serevi.
