 Boy it can be difficult to rank the top 25 U19 teams when everyone gets into the competition. We could easily expand this to 40 teams.
Why don't we? It's not about everyone being a winner. And if we at RUGBYMag.com reject the idea of making tough decisions, how can we expect anyone else to make them?
Belmont Shore moved up to #2. We're not sure Colorado Springs is ready to move up (maybe, maybe not, we'll see) and United drops down mostly due to their tie with Red Mountain, not the loss to Highland.
Red Mountain moves up. Katy and Downingtown move out of the top 25 due to losses to unranked teams. Bixby, North Penn, South Mecklenburg and KC Jr. Blues all move in.
