Virtually all men living in the U.S. must register with Selective Service within 30 days of their 18th birthday. Jesuit HS of Sacramento tops the 2013 RUGBYMag.com Preseason Boys HS Top 25, presented by Selective Service.

Thanks to the support of Selective Service, these rankings will be available free to all readers this winter and spring.

Jesuit, returning a strong group of underclassmen, tops a solid top ten where most teams are also expecting to field fairly experienced starting 15s. This includes Xavier, a top four team at the 2012 NIT, with most of their starters back, and Herriman, the new single-school power from Utah.

Dropping down a bit are the 2012 NIT champs, Dixon, as they graduated some outstanding players. Dixon, of course, may well reload.

Greenwich, one team that many argued would have done well at the NIT, moves ahead of Dixon. Penn, Gonzaga, Charlotte Catholic, St. Thomas, and Snow Canyon round out the top 10.
