| Shaw Healthy, Back at Leeds |
| International - Americans Overseas |
|
Robbie Shaw hasn't played for the Eagles since 2008, but he was in the pre-World Cup 2011 mix and is still playing professionally. Shaw is back at Leeds Carnegie, where he played last season with Mike MacDonald. Given he's the only capped Eagle scrumhalf playing professional rugby at the moment, and appears to be in good form, the 29-year-old could be back in the mix for the Eagles. Tim Usasz is retired, Mose Timoteo isn't getting any younger and Shaun Davies and Benny Mateialona lack international experience. Hampered by injuries on and off the last few years, Shaw was also named to the American team for the Maccabiah Games. |
