USA U20 captain and flyhalf Will Magie was loaned out from Leeds University to play for the Otley club in the UK this past weekend, and helped spark the team to a torrid comeback victory.
Otley trailed 18-9 to Bromsgrove, but scored three tries in the final ten minutes, thanks in part of the play of several subs, including Magie, and won 24-18.
Said Otley Director of Rugby Tom Rock:
"The impact of our four replacements in the last 25 minutes was massive - hooker Henry Walker, who made his debut for us, Kirk Arundale at scrum half in his second spell at the club, William Magie in the backs and Tom O’Donnell in the back row.”
