Stade Francais split their squad and played two games in two countries in two days.

In the first game, the Paris side traveled to London to face off with Saracens in a friendly. Chris Wyles helped Saracens to a 61-17 win. Meanwhile, Paris also took on Bayonne in France, with Scott LaValla starting at openside flanker. LaValla got a yellow card in the match for repeated infringements. Stade won 24-11.

Northampton was active, thumping Edinburgh 54-3 in a preseason friendly. Samu Manoa started at lock for the Saints.

Todd Clever started at No. 8 for NTT Shining Arcs as they beat Kyushu Electric 49-33 earlier this week.

In France Biarritz beat Agen 25-19. Taku Ngwenya started at right wing and scored the only try for Biarritz, in the 9th minute.
