U20s, Midwest in Women NCASC Final
Colleges - All-Stars

The USA U20s kept up their winning ways in the Women's National Collegiate All-Star Championships Friday. The U20s won Tier B in 2009 and 2010, and after winning for the second time in a row, opted to accept promotion to Tier A for 2011.

Any concerns about the team asking too much of themselves were dispelled as the U20s defeated the Northeast 24-5, to notch their 5th straight victory in the Collegiate/U23 All-Star competition. Katie Johnson led her squad to a 19-0 lead and held on against a tough NRU side. University of Wisconsin standout Brittany Houston scored 13 points for the Thunderbirds. Meanwhile, the Midwest ran out to a 20-point lead and held off a stern West comeback to make the Tier A NCASC final.

The West and Northeast will play for the right to stay in Tier A.
